New Partnership Focuses on Health

Black Girl Vitamins, a wellness brand dedicated to Black women’s health, has teamed up with Howard University’s Bison Women’s Basketball team. This multi-year partnership includes financial support and essential vitamins for players and coaches.

Howard’s Bison head coach, Ty Grace, expressed excitement, stating, “Black Girl Vitamins promotes health and well-being for us.”

Celebrating a Milestone in Women’s Athletics

The partnership coincides with Howard University’s 50th year of women’s athletics, celebrating numerous titles and championships. This collaboration emphasizes health as a priority for Black women.

Tailored Vitamins for Black Women

Black Girl Vitamins focuses on addressing health disparities within the Black community. They offer vitamins specifically tailored to meet Black women’s nutritional needs, combating issues like vitamin D deficiency, which affects 82% of Black women.

Beyond supplements, Black Girl Vitamins supports education with a monthly scholarship for Black women students and funding for Black health practitioners. This initiative aims to empower healthier communities through education and wellness.
