As we all know, #Beyoncé released her new single #BreakMySoul late Monday night and to her fans’ surprise, it was a house track!
It samples #RobinS‘s 1993 hit “Show Me Love” and the now 60-year-old singer appeared on ITV’s Good Morning Britain on Wednesday to express her gratitude.
“My son called me and he’s like, ‘Mom, mom. You’re trending all over the place,'” she told the program. “‘You know Beyoncé put her song out and it’s ‘Show Me Love’, and you’re trending everywhere.'”
She later added, “Thank you so much [Beyoncé] for giving me my flowers while I’m still alive. I am honored and excited to see what else can happen.”
