Angel Love Davis has reimagined what medical scrubs can be. Her brand, Life Angels, blends faith, fashion, and comfort for women who dedicate their lives to serving others. A registered nurse with experience in oncology, ICU, ER, and orthopedics, Davis saw the need for uniforms that inspire and uplift.
She noticed that healthcare workers often felt overworked, overlooked, and under-inspired. In 2016, she teamed up with her grandmother, a skilled seamstress, to design medical uniforms that were both stylish and meaningful. The result was Life Angels Scrubs, a brand making waves in the medical apparel industry.
“Our mission is to pour back into the people who pour into others,” Davis said. “Whether you’re saving lives, doing hair, healing through massage, or caring for children, Life Angels is here to remind you that your work matters.”

For Davis, Life Angels is deeply personal. The loss of her grandmother and brother in 2016 shaped her mission to honor their legacy. She draws daily inspiration from God, her children, and service workers everywhere.
Representation is another driving force for Davis. “Life Angels is built by a Black woman, rooted in faith, and created to empower all professionals who serve,” she said. From nurses to daycare workers, her designs celebrate those who are often unrecognized.
The brand has even caught the attention of stars. Grammy-winning artist Muni Long and her team recently wore Life Angels uniforms, praising both their comfort and their powerful message.
