A Seat at the Table Uplifts Black Women Professionals in Atlanta

Nathalie Nicole Smith is creating more than just an event. She’s building a movement for Black women to heal, grow, and lead. On August 2 and 3, her “For Every Woman” network will host a two-day experience in Buckhead, Atlanta.

The event, called A Seat at the Table, focuses on wellness, strategy, and real sisterhood. It gives high-achieving Black women the tools to reset and recharge in a supportive space. “I was the woman who looked like she had it all, but felt empty,” Smith shared. “I made millions, but I didn’t have systems…I was building, but not healing.”

A Safe Space for Strategy, Healing, and Growth

This experience was born out of a growing need. Research shows many professional women of color feel overwhelmed and unsupported. Smith, a successful brand strategist and entrepreneur, created A Seat at the Table to change that.

The weekend is designed to help women show up as their full selves—without masks or pressure. The goal is simple but powerful: provide real strategy, systems, support, and sisterhood. From healing to building legacy, this is a space where personal and professional goals can come together.

Top Speakers Bring Wisdom and Motivation

Attendees will hear from some of the most respected voices in leadership and empowerment. Keynote speakers include Lisa Nichols, Gloria Mayfield Banks, Wallstreet Trapper, and Nicole Garner. Each one brings a unique message rooted in truth and transformation.

Banks will speak on “How to Win With What You’ve Got,” while Nichols will close the event with “Your Village Is Your Victory.” These sessions are meant to equip women with the tools and mindset to rise—no matter their path.

A Weekend Designed for Real Impact

The experience starts with an exclusive VIP dinner. This intimate gathering is where meaningful conversations begin. It gives women the chance to connect, share, and dream out loud.

The next day includes six hours of powerful panels and talks. The content focuses on leveling up in branding, business, and personal life. Whether you’re building a brand or rebuilding your spirit, there’s something for every woman.
