Ayesha Curry’s Skincare Line Makes Waves During NBA All-Star Weekend

Ayesha Curry is proving she’s more than just a celebrity entrepreneur. During NBA All-Star Weekend, she introduced fans to her latest Sweet July Skin product—the Coffee Fix Peptide Eye Cream. The pop-up event featured blue-foam lattes and eye cream samples, drawing a large crowd eager to experience her new skincare innovation.

“I’m obsessed with the eye cream, honestly,” Curry shared. “It took the longest to launch, but we’re really proud of it.”

One of the standout ingredients in her product is soursop, a tropical fruit known for its high vitamin C content. “People in the islands use it all the time, but not a lot of people mass market it,” Curry explained. By incorporating this unique ingredient, she is bringing traditional remedies to a broader audience.

The Secret Behind Sweet July Skin’s Success

Curry has carefully crafted her skincare lineup, focusing on high-quality, effective ingredients. When asked about her brand’s “starting five” products, she confidently listed her must-haves: toner, Irie Power Oil, vitamin C serum, cleanser, and the new eye cream.

Her daughter, Riley, has also taken an interest in skincare. “She just tried the eye cream and she’s loving it,” Curry revealed. “She always steals my cleanser and Castaway cream.”

Beyond the success of her products, Curry is focused on building a brand that prioritizes wellness and self-care. She believes skincare should be simple yet powerful, and her products reflect that philosophy.

Screen-Free Parenting in a Digital World

While many parents have given in to the smartphone craze, Curry is taking a different approach with her almost-13-year-old daughter. She remains firm in her decision to delay giving Riley a phone, despite social pressure.

“Everybody else has one,” Curry admitted. “But I tell her, ‘It doesn’t matter. You’re not everybody.’”

Her parenting philosophy centers on ensuring her children experience life beyond screens. She wants them to engage in real-world activities rather than being consumed by digital distractions. Her approach resonates with many parents struggling with the balance between technology and childhood development.

Ayesha Curry Returns to Acting

In addition to expanding her skincare brand and navigating parenthood, Curry is making a return to acting. It’s a passion she has had since childhood but put on hold to focus on motherhood and business.

“That’s how I grew up. I was acting since I was three,” Curry shared. “I took a step back when I became a mom, but now I’m excited to let my creativity flow again.”

Her return to the screen marks a new chapter in her evolving career. While details about her upcoming projects remain under wraps, fans are eager to see her back in action.

Impact Over Legacy: Ayesha Curry’s Vision for the Future

Despite her growing empire, Curry is more focused on impact than personal legacy. She and her husband, NBA superstar Stephen Curry, co-founded Eat.Learn.Play, a nonprofit dedicated to improving youth education and literacy rates in Oakland.

“I’m always about impact over legacy,” she emphasized. Her commitment to uplifting communities and inspiring the next generation continues to set her apart as a businesswoman and philanthropist.

With skincare innovations, thoughtful parenting choices, and a renewed passion for acting, Ayesha Curry is proving she can do it all—on and off the court.
