Rumi Carter, who is only 6 years and 9 months old, has made history by becoming the youngest girl ever to appear on Billboard’s Hot 100 list. Before her, it was her big sister Blue Ivy who held this record when she was 7 years old in 2019. It’s pretty cool that both sisters are breaking records in the music world!

Rumi’s special moment on the Hot 100 comes from a song called “Protector,” where she starts off by asking her mom, Beyoncé, for a lullaby. This shows that music runs deep in the Carter family.
