For #WomensHistoryMonth, we wanted to shout out a wonderful track and field athlete.

Back in 2016, at 100 years old, #IdaKeeling set a new world record in the 100-meter dash for runners over 80 years old, with a time of 1 minute & 17 seconds.

Keeling had also held the record for fastest time in the 60-meter dash for U.S. for her age and took up running to cope with the deaths of her two sons.

She continued her track journey with the help of her track and field coach daughter. #BWLM💕
