Senate Passes Emmett Till Anti-lynching Bill by Unanimous Consent, President Biden to Sign Bill into Law

As we reported last Tuesday, the House passed the #EmmettTillAntilynchingAct which would designate lynching as a federal hate crime.

Today, the bill was passed by the Senate with unanimous consent.

It’s now on the way to President Biden’s desk to be passed into law. ✊🏾
