Lori Harvey took a job with a say in it rather than a face in a campaign, and she announced it in June 2026.

Harvey, 29, is chief creative advisor at Gran Coramino Tequila, the premium spirits brand co-founded by Kevin Hart and Juan Domingo Beckmann. The company said the appointment came as Gran Coramino passed $200 million in retail sales.

What she is doing with the role is the story. Harvey leads the creative vision for Coramino Woman, a platform built to connect the brand with the women who buy it. She recently hosted a private gathering in Los Angeles for women business owners, shaping the creative direction herself and working with Akansha Mirchandani and FLUFF Studios.

“Supporting women, especially women business owners, is something I really value,” she said. “And I love being able to bring that into this role.”

On Mirchandani she said, “AK understands my vision and knows how to turn it into something that feels elevated, thoughtful, and authentic to me.”

Harvey is not new to running things. She founded SKN by LH, a skin care line built around a five step system, and the swimwear brand YEVRAH Swim, and she has worked with Good American and PrettyLittleThing. She spoke at the Create and Cultivate festival about entrepreneurship and about .

The distinction here is one plenty of women will recognize from their own work. There is being the face of something, which pays and then ends, and there is holding a seat where the creative decisions get made, which compounds. A face is replaceable by the next face. A creative advisor who builds a platform inside the brand has built something that still exists after the campaign comes down.

The first job was available to Harvey for as long as she wanted it. She took the second one instead, and the first thing she did with it was fill a room in Los Angeles with other women who own things.
