Lori Harvey is putting her support for women entrepreneurs into action with a recent private gathering in Los Angeles.

The 29-year-old entrepreneur hosted the event last week to spotlight women business owners. The gathering came shortly after her appearance at the Create & Cultivate festival, where she spoke about entrepreneurship and supporting women in business.

The event also offered a closer look at how Harvey is using her growing business portfolio and new role with Gran Coramino to build opportunities beyond her own brands.

Harvey worked with longtime collaborator Akansha Mirchandani and FLUFF Studios to bring the Los Angeles gathering to life. She was not simply the face of the event. Instead, she helped shape its creative direction.

That approach reflects how Harvey is developing her work as an entrepreneur. She is using collaboration, creative control, and relationships to build experiences around the businesses and causes she supports.

“AK understands my vision and knows how to turn it into something that feels elevated, thoughtful, and authentic to me,” Harvey said of Mirchandani.

The gathering followed Harvey’s appearance at Create & Cultivate, where she discussed entrepreneurship and the importance of supporting women in business.

Lori Harvey Expands Her Gran Coramino Role

Harvey’s latest work comes as she continues her role as chief creative advisor for Gran Coramino Tequila. The premium spirits brand was co-founded by Kevin Hart and tequila maker Juan Domingo Beckmann.

She announced the advisory role in June. Since then, Harvey has been helping lead the creative vision for Coramino Woman, a platform designed to connect Gran Coramino with female consumers.

The platform focuses on campaigns, cultural activations, and brand storytelling. According to the company, Gran Coramino had surpassed $200 million in retail sales when Harvey’s appointment was announced.

Harvey said supporting women business owners is important to her.

“Supporting women, especially women business owners, is something I really value,” Harvey told Complex. “And I love being able to bring that into this role.”

Her work with Coramino Woman therefore adds another layer to her growing business activities. Rather than focusing only on her own companies, she is also using a major brand partnership to create experiences centered on women.

Lori Harvey Builds Her Own Beauty and Fashion Businesses

Beyond Gran Coramino, Harvey has built a business portfolio that includes beauty and fashion. She is the founder of SKN by LH, a skin care company built around a five-step system.

She also founded YEVRAH Swim, adding swimwear to her business interests. Additionally, Harvey has partnered with established brands including Good American and PrettyLittleThing.

Those ventures have helped her move beyond her work as a model and public figure. Her current activities show a focus on building businesses while maintaining control over how her personal brand is presented.

The Los Angeles gathering also fits into that strategy. Harvey brought together her interest in business, women entrepreneurs, creative direction, and collaboration through one experience.

Lori Harvey’s Business Strategy Centers on Collaboration

Harvey’s recent moves point to collaboration as an important part of her business approach. Her Los Angeles event involved people she already trusts creatively, including Mirchandani and FLUFF Studios.

That allowed Harvey to remain involved in the vision while working with experienced partners to execute the gathering. Her comments about Mirchandani also show the importance she places on finding collaborators who understand her ideas.

The approach is part of a wider shift among celebrity entrepreneurs. Personal influence can support brand building, partnerships, and new business opportunities when it is combined with ownership and creative control.

For Harvey, that strategy is taking shape across several areas rather than one company or project.

Lori Harvey’s Growing Business Portfolio Creates More Opportunities

Harvey’s latest work also highlights how her platform is expanding beyond traditional influencer partnerships. Her Gran Coramino position gives her a creative role within an established company, while her own businesses allow her to build and maintain brands of her own.

At the same time, her focus on women entrepreneurs gives her business activities a broader purpose. The Los Angeles gathering placed women business owners at the center of the experience rather than making the event solely about Harvey.

That balance is becoming an important part of her public business identity. She is growing her own portfolio while creating spaces where other women can connect and gain visibility.

For Black women entrepreneurs watching her journey, Harvey’s latest moves offer a clear example of how a personal platform can extend into business ownership, partnerships, creative leadership, and community-building.
