Coco Jones is bringing her newlywed glow straight to New York Fashion Week. The singer and actress has already made several stylish appearances around New York following her wedding and honeymoon.

Jones attended major fashion shows by Tommy Hilfiger, Prabal Gurung and LaQuan Smith. Each appearance came with a completely different fashion mood, showing just how easily she can switch up her style.

The Bel-Air star also had her new husband, Donovan Mitchell, by her side during some of her time around the city. Still, Jones made plenty of room for fashion as she returned to work and public appearances after her wedding.

Coco Jones Turns Tommy Hilfiger Into a Sexy Prep School Moment

Jones brought a playful take on classic prep style to the Tommy Hilfiger show. She wore a pale blue button-down with a fitted navy mini skirt and matching blazer.

She completed the look with black pointed kitten heels and a tiny blue handbag. The outfit kept the traditional school-inspired pieces but gave them a more feminine and polished feel.

Jones described the overall mood herself as “very Barbie chic.” The soft blue tones and fitted pieces helped create the playful look while keeping her NYFW appearance polished.

Coco Jones Shines in a Silver Prabal Gurung Gown

Jones switched gears completely for Prabal Gurung. Instead of the preppy look, she stepped out in a liquid silver halter gown from the designer’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection.

The metallic dress featured an asymmetrical bodice, a high slit and a low back. She added crystal-covered heels and silver jewelry, while her wedding ring gave the glamorous outfit another personal detail.

The silver look was noticeably more dramatic than her Tommy Hilfiger appearance. Jones showed that her fashion week style was not tied to one particular aesthetic.

LaQuan Smith Brings Out Coco Jones’ Retro Glam Side

For LaQuan Smith, Jones went in another direction. This time, she mixed 1970s and 1980s-inspired glamour with a modern, playful edge.

She wore a yellow snakeskin-print organza top with an intricately beaded micro mini skirt. Her long, bouncy blowout added even more retro energy to the outfit.

Gold jewelry and heels completed the look. The styling also drew comparisons to familiar pop culture fashion references, including Sandra from 227, Farrah Fawcett and Pam Jones.

Coco Jones Says NYFW Is About Fashion and the Girls

Jones appears to enjoy the experience beyond simply walking into the shows. While preparing for LaQuan Smith, she spoke to Essence about what makes fashion week so enjoyable for her.

“It’s a super fun show every time. I get to kick it with all the girlies and see all the new looks.”

That attitude fits the energy she brought to the week. Rather than sticking with one signature look, Jones experimented with different silhouettes, eras and styling choices.

Her three appearances also showed the range of fashion available to Black women in the spotlight. She moved from polished prep to liquid-metal glamour and then retro-inspired sex appeal without losing her personal presence.

Coco Jones Returns to the Spotlight With a New Chapter

Jones’ NYFW appearances come shortly after her wedding to Donovan Mitchell and their honeymoon. She quickly returned to work, appearances and fashion events.

That timing makes her fashion week presence especially notable. She entered a new personal chapter while continuing to build her public career as a singer and actress.

However, the NYFW looks made one thing clear: Jones is not limiting herself to one style. Whether she is wearing a tailored blazer, a dramatic silver gown or a beaded mini skirt, she continues to use fashion as another part of her public image.

Her appearances at Tommy Hilfiger, Prabal Gurung and LaQuan Smith gave fans three different sides of her style. For fashion lovers, that variety may have been the most exciting part of her NYFW run.
