Tené Nícole’s Support Your Girlfriends is set to host the 2025 Pow(H)er Experience in New York City, bringing women leaders together for a day of empowerment, growth, and wellness. Scheduled for Wednesday, November 19, at the Jay Conference at 515 Madison Avenue, the seventh annual event promises hands-on sessions and meaningful conversations for women and men seeking to maximize their potential.
The event emphasizes career growth, wealth-building, and personal wellness. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with experts, network with industry leaders, and explore strategies to achieve their professional and personal goals.
Elevating Women Across Industries
The Pow(H)er Experience is designed to elevate women in all fields, from entrepreneurship to creative arts. The day includes four tracks focused on setting goals, building potential, advancing business, and growing wealth.
Key partners such as Grow with Google, Chase, and BLACK ENTERPRISE will support workshops on monetizing creative talents, integrating artificial intelligence, and prioritizing mental health. These sessions aim to equip attendees with practical tools to thrive in today’s competitive landscape.
Celebrity Fireside Chat and Key Panelists
The event will conclude with a Celebrity Fireside Chat, moderated by Tené Nícole founder Nikkia McClain. Panelists include Dr. Yolanda Ragland, reality star Guerdy Abraira, Yandy Smith Harris, and activist Tamika D. Mallory.
McClain said the session aims to inspire attendees to reconnect with themselves, refine their goals, and strengthen professional and personal networks. “Pow(H)er is about owning your voice and using it to create meaningful change,” she explained.
Recognizing Women Trailblazers
The following evening, Pow(H)er nominees will be honored at the Dream Hotel Downtown NY during the gala awards dinner themed “Midnight Bloom.” The ceremony will highlight women making impactful contributions in social justice, fashion, beauty, and finance.
Honorees include Erica Ford for social justice, Angela Wright for community leadership, Ashley Fox for finance, and Karen Mitchell for entrepreneurship. Mitchell, CEO of True Indian Hair, has scaled her business into an eight-figure enterprise.
Expanding the Pow(H)er Community
This year’s Pow(H)er Experience goes beyond workshops and panels. Financial coaching, wellness conversations, and professional development sessions will offer attendees a holistic experience.
The event continues Tené Nícole’s mission to empower diverse leaders and foster long-lasting impact. Registration for both the main event and the awards gala is open, promising opportunities for women and men to learn, grow, and connect.
