Olympic champion Jordan Chiles joins CAA for global representation
Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles has joined Creative Artists Agency (CAA) as she steps into a bold new chapter that blends sports, entertainment, and advocacy. The news was confirmed on October 27, with CAA now representing her for all future deals across media and athletics.
Chiles, who is currently competing on Dancing With The Stars, continues to expand her reach beyond gymnastics. Her partnership with CAA signals a new phase in her journey as an athlete, performer, and influencer committed to uplifting young women in sports.
A winning record of excellence and resilience
The 24-year-old gymnast has built an impressive legacy through her performance and perseverance. At the 2024 Paris Olympics, Chiles won gold with the U.S. women’s team in the all-around event. She also earned silver at the 2020 Tokyo Games and has been a key member of the U.S. national team since 2013.
Her performances have become cultural touchpoints, often celebrating Black excellence and creativity through music and movement. Known for her expressive floor routines, Chiles received multiple Perfect 10 scores during her time at UCLA and earned World Championship silver medals in both vault and floor events.
Expanding her influence beyond gymnastics
While her gymnastic achievements made her a global name, Chiles has been steadily carving a broader career path. She co-starred in a 2025 Super Bowl commercial with fellow Olympian Sha’Carri Richardson for Nike and has secured major brand partnerships with Beats by Dre, Chase Bank, and Netflix.
Her media presence reflects a growing vision to inspire and entertain, showing that her power extends far beyond the mat. With CAA now managing her representation, Chiles aims to explore film, television, fashion, and other creative industries while continuing her advocacy for women in sports.
Championing empowerment through the SHERO Athlete Collective
In August, Chiles launched the SHERO Athlete Collective, a mentoring program designed to support and guide young female athletes through their careers. The initiative reflects her commitment to empowerment, confidence, and mental wellness among women in competitive sports.
She also authored the bestselling memoir I’m That Girl: Living the Power of My Dreams, where she opens up about her path to success, overcoming racism, and staying true to herself. Through her writing, Chiles reminds readers that success is not only about medals but also about self-belief and perseverance.
A future filled with purpose and power
As she continues her Dancing With The Stars journey and expands her brand, Chiles stands as a symbol of determination and creativity. Her decision to sign with CAA marks another step in redefining what it means to be a modern Black athlete — one who moves with purpose, strength, and authenticity.
Her next chapter is more than a career move; it’s a statement about evolving without limits and inspiring others to do the same.
