Real estate in Atlanta is about to get a fresh, powerful new face. Luxelle Brokerage, a luxury real estate firm founded by business leaders Keianna Williams and Ebony Austin, is officially preparing to open its doors this June in Buckhead.

This bold new venture promises more than high-end home deals. Luxelle Brokerage plans to create a space where community wealth and legacy take center stage.

Luxelle Brokerage Set to Redefine Atlanta’s Luxury Real Estate Market

Keianna Williams and Ebony Austin aren’t new to leadership. The pair first made waves when they formed NouLuxe Realty in April 2025. Now, with Luxelle Brokerage, they’re ready to help buyers, sellers, and investors move through Atlanta’s luxury property scene with confidence and purpose.

A recent press statement revealed that Luxelle Brokerage will focus on serving Buckhead and other upscale neighborhoods. But their mission isn’t limited to closing deals. Williams shared, “It’s about legacy, faith, and elevating our community.”

Austin added, “Luxelle is not just a business — it’s a movement to make luxury real estate approachable and purposeful.” Their shared vision positions Luxelle as a real estate firm driven by people, culture, and generational wealth-building.

A Business Built on Purpose, Wealth, and Community Growth

When Williams and Austin partnered on NouLuxe Realty, their goal was simple yet impactful. They wanted to make luxury homeownership and investment opportunities accessible to those seeking to build wealth for generations to come.

Williams, a seasoned real estate expert since 2006, recently earned her broker’s license after a fast-paced, five-week course earlier this year. She has extensive experience working with investors, buyers, sellers, and commercial clients.

Austin, already a powerhouse as the founder and CEO of Nouveau Hospitality Group, brought her expertise as a real estate developer and philanthropist to the table. She’s invested over $1 million into HBCU scholarships and affordable housing projects, showing that business success and community care can thrive side by side.

Luxelle Brokerage’s Launch Will Uplift the Next Generation

The official opening of Luxelle Brokerage is set for June 2025 in Atlanta’s sought-after Buckhead neighborhood. Agent recruitment began in May, and the founders are focused on bringing in fresh, passionate talent ready to reshape the luxury market.

The firm’s mission extends beyond property listings. It aims to guide the next wave of homeowners, investors, and real estate professionals, offering mentorship, resources, and access to high-end real estate opportunities often closed off to underrepresented communities.

Williams and Austin are proving that when visionary leaders join forces, they can build not just businesses, but movements. Luxelle Brokerage is poised to leave its mark on Atlanta’s real estate scene — and beyond.
