A Surprising Split for the Abbott Elementary Star

Quinta Brunson, the creator and star of Abbott Elementary, has filed for divorce from her husband, Kevin Anik. The couple, married for three and a half years, cited irreconcilable differences in court documents.

Brunson, known for keeping her personal life private, made the filing in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The couple does not have children and has a postnuptial agreement in place to divide their assets.

While Brunson has not commented publicly on the split, her focus remains on her thriving career. Abbott Elementary continues to be a critical and fan favorite, showcasing her talent as a writer, actor, and producer.

“Quinta has always been about growth and self-discovery,” a source close to the star shared. “This decision reflects that.”
