Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty has set the stage for a major shift in the fashion world. Hillary Super, the former CEO of Rihanna’s groundbreaking lingerie brand, is making headlines with her new role at Victoria’s Secret.

Starting September 9, Super will lead Victoria’s Secret with an impressive $18 million offer, including the flexibility to work remotely.

Rihanna’s Impact and Super’s New Chapter

Under Hillary Super’s leadership, Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty became a trailblazer in inclusive lingerie, celebrating all body types and redefining beauty standards. Now, as she takes on the CEO position at Victoria’s Secret, Super brings this vision of diversity and innovation to a brand known for its iconic yet traditional image.

Victoria’s Secret is looking to Super to spearhead its transformation and drive growth. Her experience at Savage X Fenty positions her perfectly to lead this evolution and usher in a new era for the brand.

The Historic $18 Million Offer

Victoria’s Secret has secured Hillary Super with a remarkable compensation package, underscoring her value and expertise. Her deal includes a $1.2 million base salary, a $1 million signing bonus, and an annual cash bonus between $2.1 million and $2.4 million. Additionally, Super will receive a one-time stock award valued at $5.75 million, which will vest in three years, and an annual equity grant worth $7.7 million in 2025.

This total compensation of over $18 million highlights Victoria’s Secret’s commitment to bringing Super on board. Although she will work remotely, Super will relocate from Los Angeles to New York City to remain closely connected with the company’s key activities and offices.

Driving Inclusivity and Modernization

Hillary Super’s move to Victoria’s Secret represents a significant shift for the brand as it seeks to enhance its inclusivity and modernize its image. Her leadership at Savage X Fenty, known for its celebration of diverse body types, aligns seamlessly with Victoria’s Secret’s new direction.

Victoria’s Secret recently acquired Adore Me, a direct-to-consumer lingerie brand celebrated for its inclusive approach. This $400 million acquisition is part of the company’s strategy to broaden its appeal and improve its brand image. With Super’s proven track record in fostering inclusivity, she is well-positioned to lead Victoria’s Secret through this exciting transformation.

Super’s appointment is seen as a major step forward, particularly as many of Victoria’s Secret’s top competitors are led by women. Her fresh perspective and leadership are expected to bring positive changes to this iconic lingerie brand.
