Archer’s impressive resume boasts senior positions at NBC Sports Group, HBO, and the BBC. Most recently, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of the NBA G League.

In her role at the NBA G League, Archer oversaw all commercial operations. She drove expansion, boosted fan engagement, and improved commercial performance.

At HBO, Archer expanded reach, launching digital channels internationally. She spearheaded NBC’s sports rights acquisition strategy and their direct-to-consumer streaming business.
