Nina Westbrook has achieved a lot in her life. From being a talented basketball player to raising three kids, she’s been busy. But she didn’t stop there.

Nina started something new called Bene By Nina. It’s a website all about feeling good and taking care of yourself, especially your mind.

Bene By Nina: A Special Place Online

In 2022, Nina Westbrook launched Bene By Nina, a digital platform focused on mental health and wellness. It’s a place where women can go to learn about how to take care of themselves mentally.

Nina chose the name Bene because it means wellness, and that’s what she wants for everyone. She’s really passionate about making sure everyone knows it’s okay to talk about mental health.

Challenging Stigmas, Changing Stories

While many lifestyle brands focus on different things, Bene stands out because it’s all about mental health. Nina wants to change the way people think and talk about mental wellness. She wants everyone to feel comfortable talking about their feelings.

A Journey of Hard Work and Determination

Even though Nina’s husband, Russell Westbrook, is a famous basketball player, Nina had to move around a lot because of his job. It was tough for her to have a regular job helping people with their feelings.

So, she came up with the idea to do it online. She figured out how to use the internet to reach lots of people and help them feel better.

Empowering People, Changing Lives

Through Bene, her podcast called Do Tell, and other projects, Nina Westbrook is on a mission to help people feel better mentally. She wants people to know that it’s okay to ask for help and talk about their feelings.

Nina’s goal is to make the world a kinder place where everyone feels supported.
