Elizabeth Francis The Second Oldest Woman In The U.S. Turns 114 And Shares Simple Tips For A Long Life

Elizebeth Francis is the second oldest person in the country, as she recently celebrated her 114th birthday on July 25th!

The centenarian has lived through a good bit of our nation’s history such as two World Wars, the great depression, and the civil rights movement and even the births and deaths of Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X.

She says the key to living a long life is to not drink or smoke.
