#ToryLanez has been sentenced to 10 years in the #MeganTheeStallion shooting which occurred in July 2020. He was found guilty in December 2020.
The shooting occurred after Lanez, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, and Megan left a party in July 2020 at the Hollywood Hills home of Kylie Jenner. The pair were riding in an SUV with a woman named Kelsey Harris — a longtime friend of Pete’s from whom she is now estranged — and Peterson’s bodyguard.
This case has brought a lot of strife to Megan, as she recently explained that ever since the incident occurred, she has not had peace in her life due to Peterson weaponizing social media and media personalities to sway public opinion which caused her to be repeatedly attacked.
Hopefully today, Megan can feel some relief that her attacker will be behind bars. #BWLM💕
