On Tuesday, actress #Zendaya won the Golden Globe award for best actress in a TV drama series at the 2023 Golden Globes for her work on HBO’s #Euphoria. She was acting for her LIFE this season, so this win was well-deserved!
The actress was not at the ceremony to accept the honor, however, presenters Glen Powell and Jay Ellis accepted it on her behalf.
While this is Zendaya’s first Globe win, she also won two Emmys for her role as ‘Rue’ on Euphoria. She beat out Emma D’Arcy (House of the Dragon), Laura Linney (Ozark), Imelda Staunton (The Crown) and Hilary Swank (Alaska Daily) in the category.
