It’s no surprise to ANY Of us that newcomer and record breaker, #AbbottElementary has received the green light for a second season! That’s not the only exciting news for Abbott and it’s fans.

Show creator, #QuintaBrunson is now partnering with #Scholastic to provide books and book fairs, free of charge to underserved schools. The partnership is apart of a larger initiative and will be funding book fairs across the country.

Brunson’s West Philly Alma Mater, #MasteryHarrityElementaryCharterSchool, was the first school to take part in the initiative. Both students and teachers will receive books; students can select 2 free books and teachers will be able to select up to ten!

This entire initiative is very on par with the #ChildrensDefenseFund#FreedomSchools mission to “ensure every child a healthy start, a head start, a fair start, a safe start and a moral start in life and successful passage to adulthood with the help of caring families and communities.”

With all of the great things we’ve seen from show creator, Quinta Brunson, we truly cannot wait to see what else is in store! We love to see it! Congratulations again to the “staff” of #AbbottElementary#BWLM💕
