You may know #Ludacris as the rapper and actor who has contributed various pieces of work to hip-hop culture. Still, he highlights being a father to his four daughters and showing them how bright and beautiful they are, even if nobody else does.

Luda created an animated series called #KarmasWorld back in 2020 that was inspired by his oldest daughter, Karma. The thoughtful animation follows 10-year-old Karma Grant, an aspiring musical artist, and rapper. She is intelligent, resilient, and deeply empathetic and puts her all into her songwriting.

While pursuing her dreams, Karma is just starting to understand the emotional power of words and music. According to @NBCNews, the show will debut with a second series. “For my own daughters, I would love for them to see a show like the one I’ve created,” Ludacris stated, “where they can see their hair represented, and the texture represented, and hear about real-life situations that they’re going through … and just constantly reminding kids that the sky’s the limit — and they can go after their dreams, and they can make change, no matter how young they are, starting in their own neighborhood.”

Ludacris discusses and highlights the importance of these animations, like the one he had made for young black girls who need to see that they are beautiful and fantastic in all ways from when they were born to do great things in the world. We love to see the portrayal of #BlackGirlMagic on screen! #BWLM💕
